ATTENDING THE TIOL3 SEMINAR

REGISTRATION UPON ARRIVAL

Please try to arrive promptly, to ensure that the proceedings can begin on time.

For Registration, the collection of name badges and the Seminar booklet, and for outstanding payments for the Seminar, a Registration Desk will be available in the entrance hall of ANAMED/NIT on the first day (9 April) between 8.30 am and 09.15 am.
Tea and coffee will be available in the lobby in front of the auditorium at this time too.

Latecomers on 9 April can register during the first coffee break between 10.30 am and 11.15 am at the Registration Desk on the ground floor of MINERVA HAN.

On 10 April Registration starts at 10.30 am and continues until 11.15 am at MINERVA HAN.

On 11 April between 9.00 am and 9.30 am, at MINERVA HAN where Registration will be possible for participants who are only attending for that day.
